Stone milled flavoursome Heritage Wholemeal Wheat Flour retains many of its natural qualities normally lost in the milling process. The wholemeal is a single variety called Orange Devon, it originates in the West Country and will produce authentic old-fashioned food. The Rustic White is another heritage variety called Olans, the flavour and texture of the Orange Devon combines well with the more delicate easy handling of Olans.
