Stone milled Heritage Wholemeal and Rustic White Wheat Flour retains many of its natural qualities normally lost in the milling process. The Wholemeal is a single variety called April Bearded, it originates in the West Country. It will produce authentic old-fashioned food and great crusty loaf.

As this product is stone milled before sifting mist of the bran is removed. Although, some small particles remain giving it a more Rustic effect.
