Olans Rustic White Flour

Stone milled Heritage Wheat almost white but retaining many of its natural qualities normally lost in the milling process. You recieve two 910g/2lb bags totaling 1.8kg or 4lb in a sturdy postage box. This flour is a single variety called Olans, it will produce good old-facioned cookery style it is quite easy to handle for a heritage and is good alround but especialy for for bread or cakes best used in a tin loaf.
