It has been a long time since I last sat down to type but here we are nearly a year in our new premises; winter crops are looking good and spring crops ready to be planted.

We are resuming our trials and have over 25 new lines of heritage grain entering our trial plots this year of witch we are hopeful that some may fit our criterea, maybe one day making it to sale. If all goes well the process should take about 4 years. The weather last year took its toll on us making work hard and producing a yeald of approximately 50% of what we antisipated, however the quality was good so that makes up for it a little.

We have been investing in new grain cleaning equipment to improve quality and eficiancy and we are working on better storage solutions.

Much of what we want to do is still beyond our abilities with time and machanical equipment seemingly working against us, but Rome was not built in a day and we are in for the long hall.

The support we have received from our family, friends and customers over the last two years has been tremendous and it is down to that we are still going. We believe whole hartedly in what we are doing and very much appreceate the fact that others do also.

So here's to a great season in 2025! We wish you all well.

Will and Larisa
